REFUND & RETURN POLICY

In the event of a refund or return, Milemont follows these protocols ensuring good customer service and continued business. All orders are rigorously tested to meet all standard requirements relevant to the industry standards and to your country. However, should any items in your order be in non-conformance, damaged or any other objection to the product please contact us immediately.

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-3 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
