At Milemont we recommend either taking your mattress to a recycling facility, alternatively many bedding retail stores assist with the disposal of old mattresses. Did you know up to 75% of your mattress can be recycled, that's astounding. Ask about this type of service with your retailer or visit ByeByeMattress.com for depot locations near you.
At this present time, Milemont doesn't offer a mattress removal service. We recommend using byebyematress.com to recycle or upcycle your old mattress.
The Milemont mattress is under warranty for 20 years. Nevertheless, it is recommended and even standard, to replace your mattress every 7-10 years.
To clean your mattress, we suggest vacuuming and repeat as needed. It's important that you also air the product out as much as possible.
Liquids and chemicals applied directly to the mattress can cause premature breakdown of the foam and damage the product.
To protect your mattress from stains and spills, we recommend using a mattress protector. This will also help with the overall health and lifespan of your mattress. If it is just the mattress or pillow cover affected, then remove the cover and wash thoroughly. Our mattress and pillow covers are suitable to be cleaned in a washing machine on a cold wash. Do not tumble dry!
Each of our products have different warranty periods, after the warranty period, if you want to replace parts, we will still send them free of charge providing the original receipt and proof of sale. Within 1 year we will fix and replace any defects. Contact us through customer service email and provide your order number.

For our sleep products; our mattresses are covered for 20 years, mattress toppers 10 years, and pillows also with the 10-year promise. For furniture such as sofas and chairs, we offer a 2-year warranty. For further products, the warranty period is displayed within each product description.

Our team will respond swiftly and resolve the issue by sending, a replacement or issuing a full refund, provided the problem is due to manufacturing.
You can return the goods for free within 7 days, after 7 days, due to quality problems we can also replace them free of charge, non-quality issues require the customer to bear 30%-50% of the cost.
If you are unsatisfied with your product order please contact us immediately at info@milemont.com. We offer a 30-day return policy for all products providing proof of receipt in that 30 days. For damage or to repair based on the lifetime warranty please contact us to organize sending the product back to us for repair or replacement.
Not to worry, in your confirmation and shipping email is your order number. This order number suffices as a receipt of purchase. If you have deleted these above emails as long as you provide us with the original buyer's name we can offer a replacement, return or refund.
Refunds generally appear within 3-5 business days. The timeframe is dependent on the issuing institution not on Milemont
